My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were pretty standard, clean, and had a good bed, however, the noise from the wedding party outside was quite disruptive. The staff seemed polite and accommodating for the most part, but there were instances of untrained service. The location was great for a wedding at Hengrave Hall and convenient for a quick trip to Bury St Edmonds. The dining experience was not up to par for the price paid, and the loud music from the wedding affected our overall stay.
